Yummy avocado smoothie!

You are going to need 1 pitted and peeled avocado, 1 cup milk ( I used soy milk), 1 cup of ice cubes, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.


Add all of the ingredients in the blender and mix


Pour into cups and serve cold (this mixture is thin enough to be served in a sippy cup)


My kids LOVED this and asked for seconds!!

Who I am...

          My name is Samantha. I'm 21 years old. I am not your typical 21 year old... I dont drink, I dont smoke, and I dont party. Instead, I change diapers, cook my husband breakfast every morning at 4 am, and pride myself on keeping an extremely clean (and green) home.
   I found out that I was pregnant 4 days before my 18th birthday. Two months later I married the man of my dreams and the future father of our 2 children, Hunter (3) and Emmie (1). I dont think my life has slowed down since then, and I know I wouldn't change a thing if I could!!
    This  is my life and I want to share all of the ups, the downs and the boring middles with you! Enjoy.
