Yummy avocado smoothie!

You are going to need 1 pitted and peeled avocado, 1 cup milk ( I used soy milk), 1 cup of ice cubes, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.


Add all of the ingredients in the blender and mix


Pour into cups and serve cold (this mixture is thin enough to be served in a sippy cup)


My kids LOVED this and asked for seconds!!
